Off The Grid (Nordic Food Collective, Aarhus, Denmark) processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive the information you provide: name, company, email, phone number and details about your project (such as brand, audience, location, date and budget).

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)).

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed for the dialogue and any collaboration, and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact unless Danish bookkeeping law requires us to keep them longer.

Recipients

We never sell your data. It may be processed by our hosting and email providers as data processors, solely to run the website and reply to you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, and you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are necessary for the site and the contact form to work, plus spam protection for the form. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
