What we do / Mobile sampling

Try it first.
Buy it later.

Mobile sampling takes your product off the shelf and puts it into people’s hands — in the place and at the moment they actually want to try it.

Definition

What is mobile sampling?

Mobile sampling is handing out product or taste samples from a mobile, branded set-up — a truck, a bar, a bike or a pop-up — placed where your audience already spends time.

Unlike in-store sampling, you are not tied to one shop or one shelf. The set-up can move, catching commuters in the morning, office workers at lunch and festival-goers in the evening. They are the same people who later stand in the aisle and choose.

Location is half the campaign

Where sampling works best.

↗

Stations and commuter routes

High footfall, short attention. Strong for drinks, snacks and one clear message.

↗

Campus

Where new habits form. Ideal for brands that want in with a new generation.

↗

Festivals and sport

People have time and are in a good mood — room for an experience, not just a taste.

↗

Workplaces

Lunch and Friday bars at companies reach an audience that is otherwise hard to get to.

↗

Outside the store

Sampling close to the moment of purchase, when the goal is moving sales in a specific chain.

↗

Squares and events

Plazas, high streets and busy neighbourhoods — especially when something is already going on.

What we handle

More than handing out.

Good sampling looks simple. Behind the scenes it rarely is.

01

Location and timing

We pick spots based on audience and footfall — not on whatever happens to be free.

02

A set-up that looks like you

Truck, bar or pop-up in your identity. See also branded trucks.

03

Product at its best

Storage, chilling and preparation, so the sample tastes as it should — at 5 pm as well.

04

Crew who can talk

Briefed people who can explain the product without sounding scripted.

05

Follow-up

Data and content from the day, so you can see what the sampling delivered.

Sampling, plus.

Sampling is strongest as part of something bigger. Pair it with a product launch, take it on a roadshow through several cities, or build it into an experiential activation where taste is only one part of the experience.

FAQ

Mobile sampling, answered

How many samples can you hand out in a day?

It depends on location, timing and product. A station at rush hour reaches far more people than a quiet square on a Tuesday. We include an estimate in the proposal so you can plan volumes and budget.

Can you sample chilled products or food that needs preparing?

Yes. We run our own food & beverage production and handle both chilled goods and products that need cooking or plating on site.

Do we supply the product ourselves?

Usually you supply the product and we take care of storage, preparation and distribution. If it needs to go into a dish or a drink, we can handle that part.

Can we collect leads during a sampling?

Yes. The crew can hand out coupons, get people to scan a QR code or sign up for a competition, so the campaign can be measured on more than samples handed out.

How much does mobile sampling cost?

Pricing depends on the number of days and locations, the set-up and staffing. Smaller activations typically start below DKK 25,000. Send a short brief for a specific proposal.

What should people taste?

Tell us about the product, the audience and the period. We’ll suggest locations, a set-up and a realistic number of contacts.
