Guests at an outdoor launch event with activities on the lawn

What we do / Product launches

A launch
you can taste.

First impressions of a new product matter. We design the launch as an experience people can see, try and share — and drive it to where your customers are.

Why mobile

Launch where your customers are.

A traditional launch brings guests to one venue on one evening. A mobile product launch flips that: the product goes out to the audience. You get more genuine encounters, content from real situations, and the chance to reach several cities without rebuilding the event each time.

It works especially well for food, drinks, tech and lifestyle — categories where people want to try before they believe.

Three phases

Before. On the day. After.

Before

Plan and produce

Concept and message, location scouting, truck or pop-up design, crew briefing and a content plan.

On the day

Activation

Set-up and delivery. Samples, demos, music or a talk — whatever the product needs to be understood.

After

What stays

Photos, video and numbers from the day, so the launch keeps working online and in sales.

Guests in a colourful branded event set-up

One place — or ten.

A launch can be one strong day in a central square. It can also roll through several cities in the same week, landing in Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen almost at once. At that point it becomes a roadshow.

Branded truck or pop-up · Samples and serving · DJ, talk or demo · Content corner · Competitions and leads · Crew in your look

Product first. Show second.

We always start with one question: what should people do with the product in the first thirty seconds? The answer shapes everything else — whether it needs a sampling station, a branded truck as a stage, or a full experiential set-up with light, sound and a catwalk.

FAQ

About mobile product launches

What is a launch event?

An occasion where a new product meets its audience for the first time. It can be for invited guests — or, as we usually do it, out in the city, where anyone can see and try the product.

Can the launch happen in several cities?

Yes. We can run the launch as a short tour or use several units in different cities, so the product lands widely in a short time.

Can we combine the launch with an internal event?

Yes. Many brands hold a private session for staff, retailers or partners before the launch goes public.

How early should we start planning?

Ideally two to three months ahead if a truck needs new branding. A simpler launch can often be done in four to eight weeks.

Do we get photos and data from the day?

Yes. We deliver content and key figures afterwards, so the launch can live on in social media, sales material and your internal evaluation.

Let’s launch.

When does it go out?

Send the product, the date and the audience. We’ll come back with a concrete launch proposal.
